Setup your system

Step 1 Download and install the Live Global Bid Toolkit here
Step 2 Load the required files by opening this page. Allow the Active X controls to run. Once you see an image of a clock you can continue to step 3.
Step 3 If registered to bid Login here or to just view the sale click here
Note: You must have TCP ports 6789 and 8000 open through your firewall to view Video and hear the audio stream.

How to Bid

  1. Register for Inglis Online Bidding
  2. Receive email confirmation
  3. Login to Inglis Online Bidding and request bidding approval for the Sale you wish to bid on
  4. Be approved by Inglis Finance
  5. Receive email confirmation
  6. Download the live auction software
  7. Login to Inglis Online Bidding on Sale day and Bid Online

Testing

By clicking the following link you will be taken to the Live Global Bid test page. If you have not installed the Live Global Bid control Kit previously, please do so now by clicking here. Once installed you should see the following on the test page:

- A Clock on the bottom right hand portion of your screen.
- A sales list and Lot details area should be visible on the test page.
- You should be able to hear audio.

If you do not see the Lot details and Sales list you may need to re-install the LGB control Kit. It can be downloaded from here. Once installed please ensure your active x controls are working properly by clicking on the following link: OCX test  Select the two check boxes and then hit proceed.

Registration and Approval Process

 

 Step 1
Complete the Inglis Online Bidding Registration form
 

 
Step 2
Log in using the username and password that was emailed to you after Step 1.
 

 
Step 3
After logging in select the sale you wish to receive bidding approval for and click on the Click to Register link
 

 

 Step 4
Inglis Finance will then process the approval requests. Once approved you will receive an email alerting you to your updated status
 

 
Step 5
This bidder has been processed and has been approved for a total spend of $3,000 over the course of the sale.
 

 
Step 6
On sale day Login before the sale and click on the BID LIVE link to bid on the offered lots.
