William Inglis & Son International Buyer Subsidy

The William Inglis & Son International Buyer Subsidy will support the participation of overseas buyers by providing a travel subsidy to successful buyers whose total spend is in excess of $75,000. The subsidy will be calculated on the basis of spend and distance travelled and the Scheme will be funded 100% by William Inglis & Son. |
| Qualifying Criteria |
In order to qualify for the William Inglis & Son International Buyer Subsidy all of the following criteria must be met. Failing to meet each and every condition will result in no rebate being available.
- Complete and submit to William Inglis & Son the International Buyer Subsidy Registration Form for the relevant sale(s) being attended with a recognised overseas address, no later than one week prior to the sale commencement date. The registration form can be accessed by clicking here (pdf format) or by calling + 612 9399 7999.
- The buyers account must be settled with William Inglis & Son within 30 days of purchase.
- The minimum total spend, to qualify for a subsidy is $75,000 AUS (not inclusive of GST)

| Conditions |
- One travel subsidy will be paid per buyer.
- The Scheme does not include buyers from New Zealand or any domestic travel from within Australia.
- The Scheme will give a set refund based on distance travelled and the following total spend:
- Level 1- A spend of $75,000 - $150,000 AUS (not including GST)
- Level 2 -A spend in excess of $150,000 AUS (not including GST)
- Travel subsidy figures are non-negotiable and will not be re-calculated under any circumstances.
- The class, method and route of travel and the choice of accommodation will be at the discretion of the buyer.
- William Inglis & Son will only pay the travel subsidy into the buyers designated account, as indicated on the Registration Form, once William Inglis & Son has been provided with, and is satisfied with proof of payment for the horse(s).
- The new policy will commence in February 2006
- William Inglis & Son reserve all rights to refuse payment of subsidies at their discretion.
- The International Buyers Subsidy is extended to buyers at all Yearling Sales and the Breeze Up Sale.
